I'm an Instructor from the Northeast and I rarely give referrals but in this case, here's one for you:
Lou is a phenomenal instructor in the Central FL area. He's an outstanding Instructor with a ton of experience diving, most notably wreck diving off the Northeast, which are some of the toughest conditions in the world.
I know Lou personally and not only appreciate him as a friend, but he is someone I talk to frequently about diving, dive standards, dive safety and teaching. I greatly appreciate and seek out his input to improve not only my own instruction techniques, but enjoy his input and views on diving in general.
Get in contact with him and I'm sure he'll be happy to answer any and all questions you may have about diving.
Good Luck with the diving!

Lou, I hope your students realize what they have, an Instructor that really has their best interest and the safety of the sport at heart, It’s hard to find Instructors dedicated to the sport, my hat is off to you Steve
In response to an inquiry about diving instruction in Central Florida on the internet, this reference is from the owner of ScubaBoard:
Lou is one of the three best scuba Instructors in Central Florida. I would let Lou teach my kids to scuba dive.

Another response to the same post:
I know Lou personally and can attest to his interest in students and concern for diver safety. He is one of the best instructors in Central Florida.
